A good choice of fresh food. Spacious rooms with an electronic key card, multi-channel television, and a writing desk. Location next to private sandy beach, Colakli, and Turkey for the first time. 10 minutes walk to St Paul's Church.

I had a fantastic stay and loved the diverse food options with fresh fruits and tasty desserts. The animation team made my evenings fun and engaging. Only downside was the crowded beach, but I'd go back for sure!

The room we occupied had unpleasant odors and cleanliness left much to be desired. It also lacked a suitably designed layout for families, with insufficient bedding arrangements and an uncomfortable sofa bed that seemed worn. The dining area often felt chaotic during meal times, with limited seating that left some guests scrambling for tables. The beach area was crowded.

The beach area could use better crowd management!!! Finding sunbeds early in the morning was like a competitive sport!!! A more diverse entertainment selection would be appreciated, as it catered primarily to one nationality!!!

The beach area was quite crowded was nice, and the dining area often felt chaotic during meal times, resulting in a scramble for tables.

The kids loved the all-inclusive snack options, but be prepared for limited variety. Don't miss out on local dining experiences outside the hotel for a taste of authentic Turkish cuisine.

The welcome with fruits and wine was a nice touch. The mini fridge stocked with drinks was appreciated. The staff worked hard and were helpful, despite a language barrier. Food choices were ample, with new options each night. Late-night soup availability until 1 am. I really enjoyed the Turkish night with traditional dishes. The animation team kept things lively, providing entertainment daily. The language barrier made communication a challenge, as most of the staff spoke only Russian and German. There were numerous insects in our room, and we heard everything from neighboring rooms. The beach was too crowded, and if we didn't reserve sunbeds by 7 am, we missed out. Some food quality was disappointing, especially for meat lovers, with too much focus on salads and limited proper meat options.

The armas has a fine sandy beach that is perfect for soaking up the sun. The entertainment was fantastic for kids. It's conveniently close to kumkoy village, where you can find plenty of restaurants, shops, and a pharmacy.

It was an excellent fit for a stopover in Side with very good value for money. The room we got was decent, and we appreciated having a balcony to enjoy the evenings. Make sure to be early for meals to avoid the scramble for seats.

I appreciated the modern decor and spacious layout of common areas, easy for me to navigate and enjoy the facilities without feeling crowded, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere throughout my stay.

Improved staff language skills would be beneficial.

Overall it met standards and I would definitely return. Tastefully decorated and neat rooms. Every staff member is great and kind. the restaurant serves fresh ethnic food.
